Don't Go Chasing Gyarados
Little Ash has a natural obsession:
Gotta Catch 'Em All and raise 'em real tough.
But you know he'll have plenty of trouble
If he pushes them much more than enough.
They'll get so high that they start to ignore him,
'Cause he doesn't have the badges he'll need.
So he goes out and he tries to win them, but his team just won't listen;
Now he wishes my advice he had heeded. (Listen to me...)
Don't go chasing Gyarados;
Please stick to the Krabby and Goldeen that you're used to.
I know that you're gonna have pokémon of which you can boast,
But I think you're raising too fast.
You're the champ; you've defeated your rival
And you've got 150 at last.
Now what's to do when you've beaten the game
And every milestone you've already passed?
You challenge friends to a battle by cable,
But there's no one who your team can engage.
Their pokémon are level 60 or so;
There's no fair fight your L-100's can wage, so listen to me...
